Dear Ngo is the founder of Remray Equity, a private equity firm helping families build generational wealth through passive real estate investments. She’s passionate about making wealth-building more accessible—especially for women.

A strong believer in the power of collective giving, Dear enjoys volunteering her time to charitable causes and is especially drawn to missions centered around financial literacy, community growth, and equity-driven entrepreneurship. She spent time volunteering in the Philippines to help rebuild an elementary school in a community devastated by Typhoon Haiyan. She previously served as Treasurer on the board of PVMG, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit focused on community engagement and fundraising for underserved youth causes.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering at her kids’ schools, podcasting, and diving into her next business read.
