Serving on a committee is an important activity where you interact with your fellow Partners, vet applications, make site visits and collectively determine the finalists for the Partnership to vote on.
These committees are a critical and rewarding part of our organization and we value your participation. Link to join a committee for this season below.

WHAT IS A GRANT COMMITTEE?
Grant committees are a group of approximately 8-10 Partners who gather to read through applications and determine – based on Impact Giving’s standards and funding principles – which grant applications to move forward to the finalist stage. These committees meet two times between January and April.
Partners who serve on Grant Committees are fully empowered to choose the Impact Giving Grant Finalists. In late April, all active Partners will be given the opportunity to vote for their top three grant applications from that Finalist Pool.
Results will be announced at our 17th Annual Awards Event on May 21st!
GRANT COMMITTEES
Registration for our Grant Committees for our 2026 Granting Season will be open between September 22 - December 19.
Registering for a Grant Committee is a 5 Step Process:
1. Sign a Confidentiality Agreement
2. Sign a Conflict of Interest Agreement
3. Register for Grant Committee Training (exempt option for returning committee members)
4. Acknowledgement of Grant Committee Commitment
5. Register for a Grant Committee
