LYNETTE MILLER

Past Board Chair

Lynette joined Impact Giving in 2014 and has served as Board Co-Chair (2020-22), Grants Chair (2019-21) and Board Governance / Oversight Chair (2018-19).

In 2022 she retired from the role of Senior Vice President for Wells Fargo and led the Human Resources function for the Auto Finance Business. She spent the last 30 years of her career leading human resource functions, including the development of human capital strategy, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development. Since a young age, Lynette has always had a passion to serve others and has spent time volunteering at hospitals and with the Girl Scouts of America. She has also served on fund allocation committee for United Way in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is married with one son and resides in Irvine. A survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she has been cancer free since 2007 and loves to travel, go wine tasting, paint, host tea parties, celebrate holidays, scrapbooking and is always looking to have a good laugh with friends.
