Shannon C. Lamb is an attorney and mediator with more than 25 years of experience and the principal of Shannon C. Lamb, APC, based in Irvine. She serves as Chair of the Orange County Bar Association's ADR Section and as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Shannon's practice focuses on early, proactive dispute resolution and strategic transactional planning designed to build strong relationships and avoid litigation whenever possible. She has successfully negotiated and resolved more than 3,000 matters, many before a lawsuit was ever filed, and is known for achieving exceptionally high settlement rates in mediations and court-ordered settlement conferences. Shannon is a frequent author and speaker on mediation strategy and litigation avoidance.

Beyond her legal practice, Shannon serves on the boards of WISEPlace, Boardvance, and The Cinderella Project OC, and is a member of the Patience Wright Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Outside of her professional and community work, she enjoys time with her two Chow Chows and pursues her passions for tea, photography, and gardening. Her wise and inquisitive teenager is the best negotiator she has ever encountered.
