After twenty years in education as both a teacher and administrator at both middle school and high school, I retired and began an adventure as the CEO of Habitat for Humanity Orange County.  I also served founding President of Habitat for Humanity California which supports leadership development and housing advocacy. 

Habitat focuses on creating affordable housing both in the United States and around the world so I was delighted to lead several Global Village trips taking volunteers to build homes in other countries.  In 2022 I retired and now enjoy traveling, volunteering and spending time with my four daughters and their families.
